About The Position

The Hospitality Lead is an entry-level leadership position for Team Members seeking to grow into management. The role focuses on delivering excellent Guest experiences on every shift and maintaining the Urban Plates Vibe. Urban Plates describes its restaurants as premium fast-casual/fast-fine settings serving made-to-order food prepared from scratch with quality ingredients. The position offers paid training and cross-training, opportunities for advancement and career development, and a full-time or part-time schedule. The listed pay is $17.90–$22.66 per hour, with the potential to earn tips and additional compensation through the Team Member recognition program.
