About The Position

The Hospitality Lead is an entry-level leadership position for Team Members seeking to grow into management. The role focuses on delivering excellent Guest experiences on every shift and maintaining the Urban Plates Vibe. The restaurant offers a full-time or part-time schedule and a guaranteed hourly base rate plus tips for every hour worked.
