About The Position
The Hospitality/FOH Lead is an entry-level leadership position for Team Members interested in progressing into management. The role focuses on delivering excellent Guest experiences on every shift and maintaining the Urban Plates Vibe. Urban Plates describes its restaurants as welcoming, energetic neighborhood environments centered on made-to-order, scratch-prepared food and positive connections with Guests and the community. The company offers paid position training, cross-training, and leadership and career-development programs. The position has an hourly base rate plus tips for every hour worked, with the potential to earn additional compensation through the Team Member recognition program. The posting describes full-time and part-time schedules as available, with flexible scheduling. The listed pay is $17.50–$21.26 per hour, with potential additional earnings from tips.
