About The Position

The Busser/Food Runner helps create a welcoming guest experience and supports restaurant service by knowing the food and beverage menus, following Hospitality Standards, and practicing Perfect Table Maintenance. The role works as part of a team to promote sales and service success and help maintain a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat environment. Shifts are scheduled according to business needs.

Requirements

• Frequently lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Stand routinely for the duration of a shift.
• Safely maneuver equipment and tools such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys.
• Work scheduled shifts determined by business needs.

• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menus.
• Know and follow Hospitality Standards and practice Perfect Table Maintenance.
