About The Position

The Busser/Food Runner helps maintain the dining area by clearing and cleaning tables, preparing them for new diners, replenishing table supplies, refilling water glasses, and bringing meal orders to guests when waitstaff are busy. The position also includes cleaning the dining area at the end of the day. Compensation is wage plus cash tips paid daily.

Responsibilities

• Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners finish eating.
• Wipe water spills, food stains, and dirt from tables.
• Straighten tablecloths or replace stained ones.
• Replace cutlery and glassware in preparation for new diners.
• Refill paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers, and other depleted table condiments.
• Refill drinking glasses with water.
• Bring meal orders to diners when waitstaff are busy.
• Clean the dining area at the close of the day.
