The Busperson provides service to tables with adequate supplies of water, glasses, silverware, butter, placemats, etc. They serve water, bread, and butter to guests after they are seated. The Busperson assists the server in removing dishes and resetting tables. They transport soiled dishes to kitchen service areas and assist in the clean-up of spillage during mealtime. The Busperson ensures their station is left in order for the following shift and promotes positive public relations. Other duties as assigned.
