The Busperson provides service to tables with adequate supplies of water, glasses, silverware, butter, placemats, etc. They serve water, bread, and butter to guests after they are seated. This role assists the server in removing dishes and resetting tables, and transports soiled dishes to the kitchen service area. The Busperson also assists in the clean-up of spillage during mealtime and ensures their station is left in order for the following shift. Additionally, they promote positive public relations and perform other duties as assigned.
