About The Position

The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting and seating customers, ensuring stations are set up neatly and efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and order. This role also involves assisting with customer complaints, stocking stations, setting tables at the end of shifts, and promoting positive public relations. The position requires performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year of appropriate experience.
• Good appearance and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats customers in a cordial manner.
• Ensures that stations are set up neatly and efficiently.
• Inspects stations regularly to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Assists in adjusting customer complaints as directed.
• Ensures that stations are fully stocked and tables set at the end of shift.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
