This position involves attending assigned kitchen pantry stations to prepare food items such as vegetables, fruit, sandwiches, and other cold foods according to menu portion and quality standards. The role also includes preparing cold sandwiches, salads, juices, and other beverages as required, ensuring menu quality and consistency, and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities in safe and sanitary conditions. The Pantry Person is also expected to promote positive public relations and perform other duties as assigned.
