About The Position

The Busperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and setup of dining tables. This includes removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse, wiping down table tops and seats, and setting up tables according to established standards. The role also involves transporting filled bus tubs to the kitchen dishwashing area and maintaining the cleanliness of side stations and all work areas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

• Prior experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping table top and seats.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
