About The Position

ZS’s Digital and Technology group focuses on driving end to end Digital Transformation that includes Digital Strategy, Human centered Design, exploiting emerging technologies, and purposeful change management to improve customer and company results. The types of solutions include Digital Strategy and Advisory services, end to end Transformation Management, Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI, Intelligent Automation, reimagining business processes with digital first lens and building Digital Products, Solutions and Digital Platforms leveraging Big Data Technologies, AI/ML and Advance Analytics, Digital Platform configuration and integrations. We provide a complete spectrum of technology solutions, from strategy and roadmap definition to full scale implementation and on-going operations. Our team possesses deep expertise in leading digital transformation, enterprise data analytics and AI, Data science and advanced analytics and building end to end digital.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading client-facing technology, digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology initiatives within a professional services, or technology consulting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and workstreams concurrently while balancing client expectations, delivery commitments, and business priorities.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and influencing decisions across business and technology functions.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions and guide initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment and coordinating resources across multiple locations and disciplines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive and C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to work with cross functional teams, both in US and India

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Broad exposure across multiple technology domains, including enterprise applications, cloud technologies, CRM platforms, commercial technology, analytics, data platforms, or digital products solutions.
• Demonstrated success identifying, shaping, and expanding opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Experience balancing strategic technology advisory responsibilities with hands-on delivery leadership.
• Comfort working in dynamic client environments and adapting quickly to evolving business priorities and technology challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology engagements simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery across project lifecycles including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.
• Build and manage client relationships across assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for technology initiatives, strategic discussions, and business planning activities.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify technology-enabled solutions, and develop roadmaps that support long-term growth and transformation goals.
• Drive account expansion by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, facilitating client discussions, and collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions that address evolving client needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, ensuring effective collaboration, delivery excellence, and alignment across multiple service lines and workstreams.
• Provide technology advisory leadership across a broad set of technology domains, helping clients evaluate options, manage complex initiatives, and execute transformation programs successfully.
• Collaborate with ZS practice leaders and technology teams to bring integrated capabilities and innovative solutions to clients while maintaining high standards of quality, client satisfaction, and business impact.
