About The Position

The Business Systems Partner provides technical and systems support for Nestlé USA’s Credit organization. The role helps ensure that critical processes, data, and applications operate effectively by managing system access, supporting third-party platforms, maintaining key SAP data, and partnering on system enhancements, upgrades, and business integrations. It promotes operational efficiency, compliance, data integrity, and uninterrupted support for the Credit team. The position supports Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash operations through system administration, reporting and analytics, transaction research, invoicing and payment processing, system configuration, and hardware and software support. It also contributes to departmental and enterprise projects and process-improvement efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or related functions.
Experience supporting, testing, and optimizing AR systems and ERP platforms.
Proficiency with ERP systems, SaaS applications, database reporting tools, and SAP.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, O2C, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
Understanding of ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) processes and data management concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Ability to analyze and reconcile data across multiple sources.
Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage multiple priorities.
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor AR postings and incoming transmissions, resolve system issues, and maintain accurate balances and data integrity; provide data extracts and reporting support to Credit, Finance, Customer Service, and offshore AR teams.
Support the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of AR system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and third-party applications; troubleshoot and develop rules-based solutions, particularly for High Radius Smart Match Cash Application and High Radius EIPP platforms.
Administer BSure, Bank of America, High Radius, and other third-party applications, including user setup, customer maintenance, access audits, and troubleshooting; manage access requests and system modifications in accordance with security and audit requirements.
Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of Power BI as the primary reporting and analytics platform for AR and the O2C process, creating and maintaining refreshable dashboards, reporting views, and analytical tools.
Research AR transactions and provide detailed line-item reporting, financial analysis, and ad hoc support to Credit, Accounts Receivable, internal stakeholders, and internal and external audit teams.
Process and maintain emailed invoice delivery requests in the NDS invoicing system and support ACH payment processing for incoming and outgoing AR transactions.
Manage AR system configurations, including seasonal and non-standard payment terms, table maintenance, and other operational setup activities; execute reporting for segregation-of-duties monitoring, compliance, and audits.
Provide hardware and software support for AR systems and applications, escalating issues as needed to support timely resolution and business continuity.
Participate in departmental and enterprise initiatives, projects, process-improvement efforts, and special assignments.
