Business Systems, Analyst

This role is responsible for serving as the main point of contact with the Finance, Accounting, and IT Teams, providing technical guidance and support in areas such as general accounting, disbursement, expenses, budgeting, planning, and reporting. The main focus of this role is to manage, maintain, and support various third-party applications that impact the company's financial reporting processes, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite and other related systems. The role also involves participating in system implementation projects, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, and creating end-user guides for all Business Systems tools.

- Manage, maintain, and support all third-party applications that impact financial reporting processes - Partner with internal business teams to develop delivery roadmaps and define business processes and system requirements - Organize project work to ensure predictable delivery - Participate in system implementation projects, including requirements documentation, systems configuration, testing, issue identification, and resolution - Plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements and support and upgrade implemented systems - Execute project management and change management for Business Systems tools and impacted processes - Develop and manage policies and procedures for data management and standard operating procedures - Create and maintain end-user guides for all Business Systems tools - Work PST hours - Have a BA in MIS, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field - Have 3+ years of experience in Financial Systems, including planning execution and support of large-scale implementations - Have extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Netsuite and P2P systems - Have expert knowledge of Netsuite applications development, including workflows, implementations, maintenance, interfaces, and other technical functions - Have knowledge of APIs and understanding of integrations between systems - Have experience with billing schedules and invoicing - Have the skill to recognize trends, patterns, and events that result in new and innovative opportunities - Have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to partner with internal and external teams - Continuously look for improvements to systems and processes, prioritize and orchestrate enhancement projects and support initiatives
