Business Supervisor - Cardiac Clinic
About The Position
Saint Luke's Plaza is now seeking a Business Supervisor to join our team! If you love a fast paced environment, this role is right for you! This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. The Opportunity: Manages specific administrative functions related to the operations of the clinic as assigned. Departments supervised include nonclinical office functions. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations. Directly supervises 10 or more employees in a clinic with 8 or more physicians and/or 30 or more total staff.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required; will accept 3-5 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree
- 1 year Applicable Experience
- Associate Degree
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Previous cardiology experience strongly preferred
