About The Position

Everpure is seeking a hands-on business process leader to own the development and documentation of business processes related to its partner ecosystem. The manager will work closely with GPO teams, Partner Operations, partners, and other functions to understand and improve how partner work flows across Everpure. The position covers the end-to-end partner process landscape, including recruitment, onboarding, deal registration, quoting, ordering, programs, incentives, exceptions, and offboarding. It establishes process documentation standards and governance, advises process owners and GPO leaders on process design and controls, identifies opportunities to simplify work and automate processes, and measures process performance. The role also supports adoption by helping turn documentation into training and guidance, communicating changes, and contributing process expertise to projects and system implementations. This is primarily an in-office position based in Everpure’s Santa Clara, California office, subject to company policies. The role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. The annual base salary range is $153,000–$230,000 USD.
