Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, healthcare, or a related environment (internships included)
  • 1+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Exposure to healthcare operations, payer/provider environments, or managed care
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational processes across sales operations, business operations, and delivery teams
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics related to operational effectiveness, client delivery, and business outcomes
  • Compile, analyze, and validate data to support decision-making and business reviews
  • Help maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency of operational performance
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure alignment of priorities and timelines
  • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Assist in preparation of materials for leadership reviews, including presentations and operational summaries
  • Support planning activities such as forecasting, capacity tracking, and operational readiness
  • Escalate risks, issues, or inconsistencies in a timely manner
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aligned to business and operational priorities
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
