About The Position

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant with a strong consulting mindset and solid process-design skills to work closely with customers in highly interactive sessions. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and deploying workflow-based business solutions within a PLM and enterprise environment, leveraging a low-code/no-code approach similar to ITEROP. You will collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into structured, efficient, and scalable workflows.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, workshop-driven environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with workflow, BPM, or low-code platforms comparable to ITEROP is strongly valued, such as: Camunda, Pega, Appian, ServiceNow, IBM BPM, Bonita, Mendix, or OutSystems
  • PLM or enterprise workflow tools integrated into platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, or Windchill

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into end-to-end workflows spanning multiple teams, roles, and systems.
  • Design and document processes using structured methods such as process mapping and BPMN.
  • Understand approval chains, governance rules, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure realistic and actionable solutions.
  • Lead interactive customer workshops where processes are often built live with stakeholders.
  • Guide customers from high-level needs to practical, implementable workflows.
  • Challenge requirements constructively and propose best-practice solutions.
  • Adapt in real time to customer feedback, evolving needs, and workshop dynamics.
  • Configure workflows, rules, forms, and business logic in low-code environments.
  • Define and support system integrations via APIs and data flows.
  • Demonstrate awareness of AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., automation, recommendations, decision support).
  • Navigate and operate within the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem, understanding how workflows interact with PLM data and objects.
  • Apply common workflow patterns such as approvals, change processes, and governance models.
  • Contribute expertise on use cases including: Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO), New Part Requests, Supplier Collaboration and Supplier Onboarding, Compliance and Governance Workflows, Part Obsolescence and Lifecycle Management.
