The Engineering Process Consultant will engage in a diverse set of tasks spanning a broad range of consulting capabilities, including documenting and evaluating business processes, making recommendations for process improvements, and producing a variety of communications, ranging from informal emails to formal memos, issue papers, presentations, and executive briefings. This role also involves providing financial risk management program support, including maintaining financial and audit risk management and remediation efforts to support a clean audit opinion and strengthen internal controls. Additionally, the consultant will offer resource and budget management support, assess the impact of new guidance on financial operations, and support the implementation of new guidance. The position requires analyzing portfolios, programs, and projects to identify risks and support the Sponsor in developing, applying, and monitoring mitigations.
