As a Business Process Consultant (BPC), you will help McKesson teams tackle complex challenges and turn them into meaningful, measurable improvements. As part of the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to make work simpler, more efficient, and future-ready. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, lead change, and deliver impactful improvements using project management, Lean Six Sigma rigor, and strong stakeholder partnership. A typical day may include facilitating working sessions with cross-functional teams to map current-state processes, uncover root causes, and design future-state solutions; analyzing data to generate insights and quantify opportunities; and partnering with stakeholders to align on priorities and next steps. Regular interactions with senior leaders, participation in team forums and skill-building sessions, and hands-on problem solving are all part of the role.
