The Work: The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant translates client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications aligned with ServiceNow. Leads process workshops, facilitates stakeholder interviews, develops feature lists and user stories for Agile delivery, and provides guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients define future‑state service delivery processes while ensuring alignment to platform standards. Supports UAT and QA, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and delivers value‑driven outcomes. Travel may be required for this role.
