About The Position

The Business Process Analyst 2 connects business users and technical teams by translating business needs into clear technology requirements. It validates requirements with stakeholders, supports scenario-based testing, and assists with project planning so business analysis activities align with project goals. The position applies cross-functional system thinking to assess how changes affect interconnected technologies, recommend process improvements, identify risks, and help teams manage operational changes.
