About The Position

The Business Operations Intern provides administrative and analytical support to the Business Operations office. The intern assists with revenue-generating activities and initiatives, including sales, marketing, and partnership development across the enterprise. This is a paid, part-time/seasonal internship intended for a current student or recent graduate interested in business operations in the sports and entertainment industry.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, or a recent graduate, in Business, Sports Management, Operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Interest in sports, entertainment, live events, or venue operations.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous internship, campus involvement, or work experience in an administrative, operations, or business-related role.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Business Operations team, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
Maintain and update documents, spreadsheets, trackers, and team resources.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic research projects.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal team requests.
Prepare materials for meetings, events, and presentations.
Take meeting notes and help track action items.
Assist with arena transformation projects and other departmental initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
