•Onsite

About The Position

Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike Division develops Collaborative Combat Aircraft, missiles, and Mission Autonomy software. The AD&S Operations team helps the division scale by improving supply-chain resilience, accelerating production, supporting design and quality iteration, and maximizing operational effectiveness in the field. The team is building an end-to-end ecosystem of operational software solutions that uses data and AI to build and operate products rapidly and at scale. The Business Operations Engineer Co-op will embed with engineers to understand workflows and identify problems and bottlenecks. The role will structure and leverage data systems to create tailored, data-driven solutions; develop operational applications with users and iterate on them; build systems and infrastructure to mature, deploy, and scale applications; and collaborate with the corporate Analytics team to expand and generalize data and workflow applications across the company. The co-op is a 16–24-week in-person position in Costa Mesa, California, or Ashville, Ohio, in Winter 2027.

Requirements

  • Be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
