About The Position

Join Keurig Dr Pepper's warehouse and distribution team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operational environment that plays a critical role in delivering products to customers efficiently and safely. This role provides exposure to daily distribution center operations, including collaboration with drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics teams while working alongside material-handling equipment such as forklifts and trailers. The individual will contribute to maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant operations by adhering to all PPE, safety, GMP, and facility requirements, while developing a strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory movement, and supply chain execution. This role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit.

Requirements

Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business, or another related field
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

Coordinate driver check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with warehouse and transportation teams.
Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipping appointments to support efficient dock scheduling and workflow execution.
Prepare, process, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and other logistics-related paperwork.
Update and track load status, shipment details, and appointment schedules within warehouse management and transportation systems.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures for all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling and documentation issues.
Support daily distribution center operations by maintaining organized records and ensuring the smooth flow of inbound and outbound freight.
Engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Receive mentor support for professional development.
Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders.
Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting.
Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business.
