Business Operations Analyst III
About The Position
The Business Operations Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and works closely with technology teams to drive solution designs that support the long-term organizational vision. The role also works with quality assurance to ensure thorough testing. Analytical skills, an inquisitive nature, and the ability to create detailed documentation are important to success. The position serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering to support the execution, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, new project initiatives, and maintenance of existing applications. It uses analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for improving metrics standardization and business performance reporting, and manages change requests and supporting requirements. The analyst also documents workflows and other materials to expand internal system knowledge, analyzes existing systems and potential solutions, and coordinates with remote development teams, internal IT, quality assurance, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering for execution, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, new project initiatives, and maintenance of existing applications.
- Use analytics solutions to provide data-driven recommendations to improve metrics standardization and business performance reporting.
- Manage change requests, identify supporting requirements, and support the creation of internal documentation and visuals such as workflows.
- Ensure requirements, design, and product results are closely aligned to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
- Analyze, define, and document complex requirements in user story format.
- Analyze existing systems, identify potential solution options, and assess their technical and business suitability.
- Coordinate with remote development teams, internal IT, quality assurance, and operations to ensure requirements are met.
