About The Position

Kimoha Tech is looking for a Business / IT Consultant for a renowned client in the Netherlands. Are you an analytical professional who enjoys bridging the gap between business and IT? For a leading and established organization in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Business / IT Consultant. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to innovative projects that help organizations optimize their processes and make them future-proof.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
HBO or WO education.
Excellent command of the Dutch language.
Good command of the English language.
Experience with stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
Experience with Lean or BPM.

Responsibilities

Inventarizing, analyzing, and translating business and user requirements into functional solutions.
Acting as the connecting link between business, IT, and development teams.
Intensively collaborating with software engineers, architects, testers, and product owners.
Advising stakeholders on process improvements, digitalization, and IT solutions.
Presenting analyses and project progress.
Coordinating workshops and requirements sessions.
Guiding implementations and optimizations.
Supporting acceptance testing, change management, and implementations.
Working within Agile/Scrum teams.
