The role creates and maintains databases to track business performance; analyzes and summarizes data; and develops, interprets, and publishes recurring and ad hoc business performance reports. It also translates business issues and requirements into diagnostic or tracking data and usable decision-support tools, makes recommendations based on analysis, and provides analytic consultation to business areas, leadership, or external customers. The position performs data analysis and reporting at a significantly higher level of complexity. This hybrid position requires associates to work in-office one to two days per week. The preferred office is the Pulse Point location in Norfolk, Virginia; alternate locations may be considered for candidates within commuting distance of an office. Candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.
