About The Position

The Business Experience Plan & Administration Specialist Senior plays a critical role in shaping high-quality business and employee experiences by providing advanced administrative support, operational planning, and experience-driven process improvement. This role partners closely with leadership and cross functional teams to design, execute, and continuously improve business experience plans while managing complex administrative functions with a high degree of independence and judgment. You will be expected to operate as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and experience across programs, meetings, communications, and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
  • Background in employee experience, business operations, program management, or corporate events.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planner, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Experience with process improvement or Lean methodologies.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
  • Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
  • Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
