As a Business Experience Plan & Administration Specialist Senior within PNC's Tech Resource Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Business Experience Plan & Administration Specialist Senior plays a critical role in shaping high-quality business and employee experiences by providing advanced administrative support, operational planning, and experience-driven process improvement. This role partners closely with leadership and cross functional teams to design, execute, and continuously improve business experience plans while managing complex administrative functions with a high degree of independence and judgment. You will be expected to operate as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and experience across programs, meetings, communications, and operational workflows. This role supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. It demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. The specialist understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives. They define and obtain data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives, conduct research, analyze and recommend solutions for key initiatives, and work with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. They also serve as a subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives. Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
  • Background in employee experience, business operations, program management, or corporate events.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planner, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Experience with process improvement or Lean methodologies.
  • A university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
