Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple run efforts within the Clarizen project management tool, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor time entry tasks for resources supporting assigned run initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver reporting on resource allocations, forecasting, and project spend, including both actuals and forward-looking projections.
  • Support forecasting and planning activities for PCIO Strategic Adoption initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting needs and drive automation and continuous improvement of existing reporting processes.
  • Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.
  • Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
