As a Business Experience & Plan Specialist within PNC's President's CIO - Performance Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL. This position supports initiatives across multiple CIO organizations and varied scopes of work, providing a unique opportunity to build both technical depth and broad exposure to diverse banking lines of business and technologies. Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Manage multiple run efforts within the Clarizen project management tool, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. • Create, maintain, and monitor time entry tasks for resources supporting assigned run initiatives. • Develop and deliver reporting on resource allocations, forecasting, and project spend, including both actuals and forward-looking projections. • Support forecasting and planning activities for PCIO Strategic Adoption initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with organizational goals. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting needs and drive automation and continuous improvement of existing reporting processes. Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives. Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives. Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
