About The Position

Integrate is seeking a Washington, DC-based business development professional to own growth across the defense and intelligence sectors. The role involves shaping opportunities before they become solicitations, translating government acquisition requirements into practical strategies, and building relationships that help secure contracts. The successful candidate will combine government or prime-contractor experience with the drive and agility of a startup operator. The position leads government business development end to end, from opportunity shaping and capture through proposal submission, negotiation, and closing. It works directly with company leadership to set priorities, define growth strategies, and build pricing models, while maintaining awareness of federal budgets, acquisition cycles, and contracting trends. The role requires US person status because it involves access to information protected by US export-control laws, including ITAR and/or EAR. The posting states that US citizenship is required and that an active clearance is preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity while being resourceful, competitive, and driven.
