About The Position

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to support customer service and sales generation. The role receives, processes, and coordinates incoming sales inquiries, showroom requests, service requests, and internet queries. It includes answering inbound calls and greeting visitors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner, while working closely with Sales and Service departments to meet customer needs. Additional duties may be required, and the listed responsibilities are not exhaustive.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a similar position, such as administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service work.
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
Highly professional and dependable.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of the automotive industry.
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming sales and service appointment inquiries by phone or internet, including scheduling and confirming appointments and following up on missed appointments.
Coordinate customer questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
Confirm special-order parts.
Follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
Manage required paperwork and records and prepare documentation when needed.
Provide administrative assistance as needed.
Receive and coordinate sales inquiries, showroom floor requests, service requests, and internet queries.
Answer inbound calls and greet visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.
