What We're Looking For We are seeking a driven, coachable, and competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. Our BDRs are the engine of our outbound growth and this is a hands-on prospecting role focused on creating pipelines from scratch. You will identify and create new business opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach, develop strong discovery and messaging skills, and help us build a repeatable outbound playbook as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who wants to master outbound sales and grow into a future AE or revenue leadership path. Candidates must be located in the GTA, as this is a hybrid position requiring candidates to come into the Downtown Toronto office 3-4 days a week (Mon - Wed+).
