We proudly serve Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Richmond, and surrounding areas, delivering fast, reliable solutions when customers need them most. We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel Spartan’s organic growth. This is a field-based sales role focused on building long-term referral partnerships with trade partners, property managers, and insurance agencies. Success in this role comes from solving real operational challenges for partners while protecting their reputation through Spartan’s speed, responsiveness, and reliability.
