About The Position

LIDD is a leading supply chain management consulting firm that designs complex distribution centers and logistics systems to help companies move goods more efficiently. They serve manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, including many brand names in the food & beverage and consumer goods industries. With offices in Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, LIDD has a growing team of over 170 employees who tackle challenging projects in a fun and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional services.
  • Proven success in cold outreach rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
  • Ability to make 40+ calls daily while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, or RocketReach.
  • Basic CRM proficiency.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with perfect command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to work in person from our head office in the Old Port.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold and warm outreach to drive demand, engage prospects, and support sales campaigns.
  • Develop and refine outreach scripts, email templates, and call strategies in collaboration with sales leaders.
  • Research and develop prospect lists across key industries for LIDD’s services.
  • Track and document outreach activities in LIDD’s CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to marketing and leadership.
  • Maintain and optimize internal sales documentation and processes.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales initiatives.
  • Provide general sales support to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other related tasks, as required.
