This is not a typical BDR role. Flare is building its outbound BDR function from the ground up, and you would be one of the first. This means real influence, where the outreach frameworks you develop, the ICP signals you validate, and the messaging that lands become the foundation for the team. This role is 100% outbound, focusing on prospecting cold into security teams at companies that may not be familiar with Flare yet. The role emphasizes developing discipline, creativity, and resilience to create pipeline from scratch, which are skills that prime individuals for future sales roles.
