Requirements

  • A reference from a former sales manager who’s willing to chat with us
  • Experience using a CRM (preferably Hubspot)
  • 1-year new business SaaS sales experience (outbound)
  • A fearless phone mentality (you’ll be making lots of calls every day)
  • Bundles of energy
  • A love of learning and overwhelming sense of intellectual curiosity
  • Coachable and open to constructive feedback
  • Comfortable role playing with the team
  • Open to self development and continual progress

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for almost all new customers.
  • Utilize channels like phone, email, and social media to create opportunities.
  • Book meetings for the sales team to close.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting and work warm leads generated by inbound marketing.
  • Follow and enhance the established sales playbook for outbound prospecting.
  • Use own instincts to develop and improve sales prospecting skill set.
