About The Position

Are you passionate about solving complex challenges in the fintech space? We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic startup, backed by Sequoia Capital. We’re building the universal payment layer to unify all currencies - fiat and crypto - so businesses and consumers can transact seamlessly. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating pipeline and driving top-of-funnel growth through high-impact outbound prospecting. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to test and refine messaging, break through the noise with creative outreach, and connect with decision-makers. This is a highly execution-focused role where your work will directly impact revenue. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound prospecting role
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach across multiple channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, personalized messaging
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent with follow-up
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting
  • Proficient with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting - Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Lead research - Identify and research potential leads, tailoring outreach to engage key decision-makers
  • Personalized messaging - Craft compelling, creative outreach that drives engagement and responses
  • Pipeline generation - Qualify leads and book meetings for sales leaders to build a strong pipeline
  • Multi-touch engagement - Manage consistent follow-ups across multiple touchpoints to maximize conversion
  • CRM management - Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, leads, and opportunities
  • Collaboration - Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
  • Performance tracking - Monitor outreach performance and continuously optimize for higher response and conversion rates
  • Target ownership - Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting-setting goals
