About The Position

Inflow’s Senior Living Industry brand, Harbour Light Digital, helps senior living communities fill rooms with qualified leads from search, paid media, and their websites. The Business Development Representative is often the first point of contact for operators and is responsible for reaching owners, executive directors, and sales leaders to book a 60-minute free Growth Audit. The role involves researching and prioritizing senior living prospects, conducting high-volume phone and digital outreach, qualifying prospects, booking and confirming meetings, and preparing clear handoffs for the sales team. The representative also maintains accurate CRM records, tracks activity and outcomes, shares insights from prospect conversations, builds knowledge of senior living industry terminology and trends, and supports outreach around industry conferences. This is a remote role in the United States. Compensation includes a $22 hourly base (approximately $45,000 annually for full-time work), meeting-based incentives, and a source-client bonus. On-target earnings are approximately $79,000, with uncapped earning potential. Guaranteed incentive pay is provided during the first two months while ramping.
