Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
  • Proven ability or strong motivation to prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • High energy, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and trust
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach activities
  • A proactive mindset and desire to continuously improve and succeed

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, prospecting, and social selling
  • Identify and engage decision‑makers to uncover needs and position relevant solutions
  • Lead compelling early‑stage conversations that create interest and drive next steps
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into revenue
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and optimize outreach strategies
  • Represent Konica Minolta at networking events and industry activities to expand market presence
  • Continuously refine messaging based on customer insights, feedback, and market trends
