Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, and lead generation is required.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or referral targets
Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
Self-starter mindset with high personal accountability
Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
Willingness to travel through the area

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, outreach, or community relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to generate consistent, high-quality referrals
Build trusted relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, case managers, and community organizations
Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and industry functions
Track outreach activity, referral sources, and performance metrics in CRM
Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure a seamless client experience
Meet and exceed monthly referral and growth goals
