Caring Senior Service of West Orange County NJ is seeking a high-performing Business Development & Outreach Specialist to expand their referral network and strengthen their presence across Georgetown and surrounding areas. The specialist will be responsible for driving sustainable referral growth and expanding strategic partnerships throughout the community, ultimately making a measurable impact by ensuring seniors stay safely at home, families gain peace of mind, and the agency continues to grow and serve more people.

Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or referral targets
Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
Self-starter mindset with high personal accountability
Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to generate consistent, high-quality referrals
Build trusted relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, case managers, and community organizations
Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and industry functions
Track outreach activity, referral sources, and performance metrics in CRM
Collaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless client experience
Meet and exceed monthly referral and growth goals
