About The Position

Griswold Home Care is a nationally recognized non-medical home care provider with over 40 years of experience. For more than 17 years, our Arizona team has supported seniors, veterans, and post-hospital clients across the Valley. We are actively expanding in the West Valley and are seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help grow our presence in a large territory with great opportunity. This is a high-impact role focused on building and maintaining referral relationships, increasing market visibility, and driving consistent growth in a rapidly developing territory. Success in this role comes from being out in the community, creating meaningful connections, and following through with referral partners to become a trusted resource. The role offers uncapped earning potential, with compensation directly tied to performance. High performers consistently earn into six figures through a combination of base pay, commission, and bonuses. Requirements

  • Business development and B2B referral-based sales experience
  • Proven success in building and maintaining referral relationships
  • Strong relationship management and professional communication skills
  • Self-directed, metrics-driven, and accountable to growth targets
  • Highly organized with solid territory and activity management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by developing new referral sources and nurturing existing partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers such as doctors, discharge planners, case managers, and local organizations
  • Represent Griswold at community events, networking meetings, and outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the senior care network
  • Provide regular activity updates and insights to support business development planning
  • Contribute to a positive team culture focused on compassion, excellence, and results
