About The Position

Tinder is scaling its Events program, which curates in-person experiences to help members connect beyond the screen. The Business Development Operations Specialist is a one-year contract role providing direct support, knowledge, curation, and management for this priority initiative. The role sources and curates events, manages partner events and communications, and maintains event inventory for assigned cities or Match Group (MG) brands. The specialist owns the selection, curation, copy, images, insertion, and editing of events, and uses judgment to assess what is likely to appeal to Tinder users. Two contractors will be based in or around Los Angeles and work from the West Hollywood office Tuesday through Thursday, with work from home Monday and Friday. The position requires flexibility for occasional late-night and weekend work because events operate around the clock.
