About The Position

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company's market presence, and driving revenue growth. This role combines strategic thinking, relationship development, and a keen business sense to foster partnerships, support the sales pipeline, and strengthen the company's competitive position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, software sales, account management, or partnerships.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing opportunities and closing commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and comfort in digital environments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop, structure, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in targeted segments for new and existing client accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new potential clients through research, networking, event participation, and proactive outreach.
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
  • Establish and maintain key contacts with industry leaders to deepen market knowledge.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D teams to support the execution of agreements.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to guide product development initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of sales tools, case studies, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (pipeline growth, conversion rates, revenue generated).
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure rigorous CRM updates, including commercial activities and prospect information.
