We are seeking a high-output sales professional early in their career to step into a role with significantly more ownership, responsibility, and impact. This role requires a high level of daily activity, ownership, and follow-through. Success is driven by consistent outbound effort, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to guide prospects through a structured decision process. This role is for someone who has outgrown a pure SDR/BDR role, a salesperson who wants more responsibility, someone competitive, disciplined, and accountable for outcomes, a person who enjoys both the “hunt” and the decision-making side of sales, and someone who wants to be evaluated on results, not activity alone.
