About The Position

The company has been building and supporting residential roofing businesses since 2007, focusing on professionalism, consistency, and customer experience. Their approach involves building strong teams, providing good support, and maintaining high standards for work execution to ensure a better customer experience and higher business performance. The long-term goal is to become the most professional and respected name in residential roofing through execution, accountability, and service. Honest Abe Roofing, established in 2005, aims to bring a customer service focus to the roofing industry, providing high-quality roofing at competitive pricing. Their mission is to be the world’s most professional and respected roofing company by fostering a culture that supports team members to deliver superior customer service. This role is for a high-output sales professional early in their career seeking significant ownership, responsibility, and impact. It is not a transactional or inbound-only position, requiring the individual to create opportunities, manage a structured decision process, and guide clients through high-stakes business decisions. Success in this role is driven by consistent outbound effort, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to guide prospects through a structured decision process, moving beyond entry-level sales into a role where judgment, discipline, and execution are crucial.
