About The Position

Accountable is an online peer recovery provider that has supported over 10,000 people through substance use recovery since 2020. The company is available in all 50 states and is in network with national health plans. The platform focuses on the relationship between a client and their peer coach, supplemented by at-home toxicology, care coordination, and family support. For referring programs and clinicians, a portal provides easy handoffs and a real-time recovery dashboard. This role is responsible for driving referral growth in Southern California, making Accountable the first call for individuals needing support. The market is dense with treatment centers, clinicians, and discharge planners, and the role requires building relationships with these entities, as well as legal, monitoring, employer, and community partners. The company explicitly does not engage in patient brokering, referral fees, or kickbacks, emphasizing earning referrals through outcomes, responsiveness, and trust.
