About The Position

Accountable is an online peer recovery provider that has supported over 10,000 people through substance use recovery since 2020. They are available in all 50 states and are in-network with national health plans. The company was founded by people in recovery, and their program centers around weekly sessions with a peer coach (someone with lived recovery experience) and a care team that clients can message between sessions. The program also includes verified at-home toxicology (Bluetooth-connected breathalyzers and guided saliva tests) and care coordination to keep treatment programs and clinicians informed. Family support is also a component of the program. This role is responsible for driving referral growth in Florida. The market is diverse, with different referral cultures in regions like the Panhandle, South Florida, the Gulf Coast, Orlando, and Jacksonville. The primary focus will be on building relationships with the treatment and clinical community, including detoxes, residential programs, PHP/IOPs, outpatient services, sober living facilities, and professionals involved in treatment planning and discharge. Once these channels are established, the role will expand to include legal, monitoring, employer, and community relationships. A dedicated payor sales team handles insurance contracting, so this role's focus is solely on referral demand. The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
